Jang Hyuk/Fann Wong VS Jet Li/Jackie Chan

If Dance of the Dragon deserves half a star, I wonder how Forbidden Kingdom can be rated.
Of cos, the former scores points mainly because of the Male Lead but the double Js shouldn't fail my expectations by right- in other words, they did.
For the first time, I didn't regret being 30minutes late for a show. Otherwise, you might see more ridicule from me in this entry.
Anyhow, both productions suffer unforgivable mis-match.
One lies in the Language; the other in the Settings.
But Dance of the Dragon triumphs still-I am bias.Any theme about dreams and pursuing dreams wins my heart over-big time and all the time.
"It is not about win or lost; it is about who you become after you have tried."
Fann is, quite obvious, not a talent in the arena of dance.
Don't expect her to fly around like a butterfly on the dance floor even though she potrays the role of an instructor.
But look at the grin on her face when she completed the dance item albeit knowing she isn't going to win in the competition after a failed attempt to swirl earlier, she has proven herself worthy of the "Ah-Jie" title.
However, I was reminded of Li-Lin who did really well in "The Leap Years".
She should be able to pull off the role effortlessly due to her dance background.
